Promotional Offer & Discount Code Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of promotional discount codes, coupons, and offers ("Offers") issued by DaySavers, a brand operated by Highwaymen Supply and Packaging ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using an Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.Eligibility

• Offers are open to customers of DaySavers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.
• Offers are limited to one (1) use per customer, per household, or per account, unless otherwise specified.
• Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and to deny or revoke an Offer at its discretion if fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

2.Redemption

• Offers must be redeemed by entering the applicable code at checkout, or as otherwise instructed in the promotional communication.
• Offers are valid only during the stated promotional period. Codes not redeemed by the stated expiration date are void.
• Only one Offer/discount code may be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.Exclusions

• Offers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
• Offers cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount, promotion, or offer unless expressly stated.
• Offers may exclude certain products, collections, or order types (e.g., wholesale/bulk orders, gift cards, clearance/sale items, shipping costs) as specified in the individual promotion.
• Offers are not valid on previously placed orders.
• Offers cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

4.Modification, Cancellation, and Errors

• Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Offer at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
• In the event of a pricing or system error related to an Offer, Company reserves the right to cancel the order, correct the error, and/or void the Offer.
• Company is not liable for lost, stolen, or expired codes, or for technical issues preventing redemption.

5.Fraud & Misuse

• Any attempt to obtain an Offer through fraudulent means (including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, unauthorized code-sharing intended for abuse, or automated/bot entry) will result in disqualification and may result in order cancellation and/or account termination.

6.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in or use of any Offer.

7.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8.Changes to These Terms

Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of an Offer after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
