Shipping Policies

Thank you for your interest in DaySavers! We want to make sure you receive your orders fast and at the best price possible.

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with information to conveniently track your package. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don’t receive tracking within a few days of placing your order. Remember: You will only receive tracking once your order ships.

United States Orders: Orders shipping within the US generally ship via USPS for a flat rate of $5 or free for orders of $45*. We can also ship via UPS if selected at checkout.

* Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

International Orders: Orders shipping outside of the United States will ship via USPS International, UPS Worldwide or DHL Express Worldwide. You can choose which shipping option you prefer at checkout or at time of purchase. You as the customer also accept responsibility for any import or customs taxes/fees on any international shipments. These fees are not included in shipping quotes provided by Custom Cones USA.

Freight Shipments: Depending on the quantity of your order or the item(s), we may have to ship your order via a freight company. If you need parcel service for your order and only freight options are available at checkout, please give us a call at (339) 970-7414.

Shipping Timelines

Our products will ship from our warehouse in Renton, WA typically within two business days.* We ship Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time and do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. This includes expedited shipping. Depending on the distance from our warehouse, domestic ground shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days.

*There may be a delay in large freight shipments based on scheduling availability.

Expedited Shipping

We offer a variety of expedited services, including UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. The cut-off time for rush orders is 1:00pm PST. If you place your order after 1:00pm PST, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day. For products that have a lead time listed, expedited shipping will occur once the order ships.
